Today, on 20/04/2019, one day yoga education was organized in RGS Gurukulam under the auspices of the soldiers of Armed Seema Val.
On this occasion, Assistant Deputy Inspector of Chief Bakta Mr. Harender Singh Negi gave detailed information about yoga to the children of Gurukul and also described how to keep the body healthy through yoga.
Their 3-member team practiced yoga with the children of Gurukulam. He also promised to teach Yoga practice and self-defense to the children of Gurukulam from time to time. Students from grade 9 to grade 12 did yoga with them this session
